I am having difficulty making payment?

 
Credit/debit card:

If you have chosen Credit/ Debit Card as your preferred payment method and you are experiencing any problems with your payment and not sure what to do next, we have listed some helpful information below.

We currently accept Visa & MasterCard Credit/Debit cards. If you are using any other provider your payment unfortunately may not be successful.

We can only accept Credit/Debit cards that are 3D Secure. Either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. These help to prevent people using your details without your permission and ensures our customers are fully protected.

If you’re having trouble making payment we advise that you get in touch with your bank and ask them if and how it is possible to make a 3D secure payment. They should be able to help you.

Because different banks have different requirements we cannot give a definite reason as to why you are having trouble making payment. For example some banks may require you to authenticate payment using SMS confirmation.

My order hasn’t arrived?

 
If you haven’t received your order after the time allocated during checkout, please check the status of your delivery using the Royal mail tracking details provided. Your tracking details can be found on the ‘Order complete’ email we send when your order is dispatched.

On some occasions the royal mail may have attempted delivery and are waiting for you to arrange a redelivery so it is best you contact the royal mail directly as unfortunately we cannot arrange this for you.

 
When will my order be dispatched?

 
WE AIM TO DISPATCH ALL ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS. HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE 24 – 48 HOURS PROCESSING PERIOD BEFORE DISPATCH (EXLUDING SUNDAYS). ALL DELIVERY TIMES GIVEN ARE AFTER DISPATCH. WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO DISPATCH YOUR SHIPMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.

You’ll receive a dispatch email (‘Order complete’ email) with all the tracking details shortly after the order has been handed to the courier.

 
I haven’t received a confirmation email?

 
If you haven’t received a confirmation email after making your purchase please check your spam/junk email folder as our emails can sometimes end up in there. If you are still unable to find our emails please contact us confirming your email address and we will be happy to resend the confirmation and update your email address.

 
I haven’t received my tracking details?

 
Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched. You will receive an ‘order complete’ email at this time, along with your tracking details. If you have an account with us you can view the status of your order or at any time by logging in and heading to ‘Account > Orders’.

I have paid but my order is still set to Pending Payment?

 
If you are paying via direct bank transfer, it can take from 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in the receiving account. Bank transfers sent within the same country usually are credited faster than funds sent internationally. As soon as we receive your funds your order will be changed to ‘Processing’ and will be dispatch shortly thereafter.

If you have chosen to pay with cash. Please allow enough time for your payment to reach us. Once we receive your funds your order will be changed to ‘Processing’ and will be dispatch shortly thereafter.

 
I have made a mistake on my order?

 
Unfortunately, once your order has been paid for, there is no way for us to make changes to your order. You must cancel your order and make a new one. If you have an account with us you can cancel your order or at any time by logging in and heading to ‘Account > Orders’, Alternatively you can contact us and we will be happy to cancel the order for you on our end.

Please note, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, this will have to be treated as a return.

 
I have entered the wrong address.

 
Please contact us and let us know the correct address so that we can make these changes for you. If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will have to await return confirmation from the Royal Mail before reshipping your order to the correct address.

 
Can I use PayPal?

 
Unfortunately due to the nature of our industry we cannot accept payments via PayPal as it would be breaching their terms and conditions, we do apologise.

We do offer the following payment methods;

Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard or Visa 3d secure)

Direct Bank Transfer

Over 50 types of Cryptocurrencies

Cash.

 
Do you ship to my country?

 
We ship worldwide, however unfortunately due to a large number of our shipments being intercepted and destroyed by customs we can no longer guarantee shipments on products sent to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, IRAN and TURKEY. You can still place your order however, if your shipment is intercepted by customs, we can no longer replace your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 
I want to cancel my order?

 
If you have an account with us you can cancel your order at any time by logging in and heading to ‘Account > Orders’. If you don’t have an account with us please contact us and we can cancel your order from our end.

If your order has already been dispatched, this will have to be treated as a return. Once you have received your shipment please contact us to confirm your return and we will supply our return address.

 
When will my order arrive?

UK Special Delivery Guaranteed Before 1pm Next Day:

All UK orders over £100 are sent via ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ for free. Your order will be delivered before 1pm the next working day**

UK Next Day: 1-3 Days (After dispatch 24-48 Hours):

The royal mail aims to deliver UK orders the next working day, however please allow 2-3 days before contacting us**

International Deliveries:

We aim to deliver international orders within 5-10 working days. However, please note that on extremely rare occasions they may take up to 21 working days. International deliveries are sent using the ‘track and trace’ method and will be posted through your letterbox if size permits this.

The majority of international will require a signature when your order is delivered.
If the attempt to deliver your parcel is unsuccessful it will be returned to your local post office and a card will be posted through your door informing you of where your parcel has been left and when it will be available for collection.

 
How will my payment appear on my bank statement?

 
We try to make this as discreet as possible; therefore your payment will appear as ‘Grizzly Souvenirs’ on your bank statement.
